摘    要:针对粉煤灰污染严重生态治理难但仍含有大量植物生长必需的营养元素磷的特点,将其作为植物生长的基质来改良利用是一条很好的途径。采用高粱为供试植物,通过盆栽试验比较接种解磷细菌与施加磷肥对粉煤灰的综合改良作用以及对植物生长的影响。结果表明,接种解磷细菌比施加磷肥更有助于植物的生长,促进了植物对粉煤灰中难溶性P的吸收利用,提高了基质中酸性磷酸酶的活性,改善了粉煤灰的pH和电导率。接种解磷细菌对粉煤灰基质有显著的改良作用,效应较相当量的磷肥更好。

Abstract:Coal fly ash not only is one of the wastes deserving ecological attentions but contains essential nutrients for plant growth. It could be beneficially used as a medium to grow plants. Pot experiments were carried out to compare the effects of Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria (PSB) and phosphate fertilizer application on the improvement of coal fly ash. The results show that PSB inoculation can improve plant growth, accelerate insoluble P uptake, increase acid phosphatase activity and promote the pH and EC values in coal fly ash. PSB inoculation can improve coal fly ash more significantly than phosphate fertilizer application.
