| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种高性能单片汽车电压调节器,在一块集成电路芯片上集成全部的控制电路和大功率场效应调整管,具有过流、过压及热关闭保护功能,采用双极型工艺设计。给出了电路的集成化设计方法。

| Abstract: | High performance single automobile voltage regulator circuit is presented in this paper. The control circuit and power FET can all be integrated on the same chip, by using the bipolar process designs, the circuit of voltage regulator with overload protection over-voltage protection and circuit of close the heat. The some technique of integrated circuit is introduced. |
