摘    要:总结分析了河湖水系连通工程水质安全保障中亟需解决的科技难题,凝练出制约水质水量智能调控及应急处置系统建设的技术瓶颈,从物联网理念出发,提出由实时感知层、水信互联层、智慧决策层组成的河湖水系连通工程水质水量智能调控及应急处置系统总体框架,该系统具备智能感知、智能仿真、智能诊断、智能预警、智能调度、智能处置、智能控制等服务功能.

Abstract:The problems existing in the water quality safety for interconnected river system network are summarized and the key techniques used in construction of the system are extracted, an overall system framework of intelligent control and emergency treatment of water quantity and water quality for the interconnected river system network based on the Internet of things is put forward, which consists of real-time sensing layer, interconnection of water quantity and quality and information layer, smart decision layer. The realized functions in the system include the intelligent sensing, intelligent simulation, intelligent diagnosis, intelligent early warning, intelligent scheduling, intelligent disposal, intelligent control, et al.
