基于ELECTRE的航天测控方案评价方法

摘    要:针对航天测控方案评价问题,通过对航天测控中心的实际调研,归纳出 航天测控方案评价的基本原则,从测控方案的均衡性、集中性和效益性三个 方面建立了评价指标体系. 然后设计出一种基于ELECTRE的测控方案综合评价方法,并提出了测控方案的改进流程及方法. 最后通过实例仿真,表明提出的评价指标和改进方法能够为测控方案的选择和改进提供有效的参考依据.

Abstract:For the space monitoring and control scheme evaluation problem, this paper sums up the principles of scheduling requirements through actual research on Aerospace Monitoring Center, and establishes an evaluation index system from the balance, centralization and efficiency of the scheduling scheme. Then a method for comprehensive evaluation based on the ELECTRE and an improvement process of the scheme, are designed. Finally, simulation example shows that the proposed evaluation and improvement method can provide a valid reference for the selection and improvement of the scheduling scheme.
