摘    要:首先基于新增长理论构建了高新技术产业研发积累与产出增长的理论模型,然后根据新经济地理学中的中心-外围理论分区域构建了空间面板计量经济模型,估计结果表明,各地区高新技术产业中研发投入的高回报特征得到了充分体现,并且,各地区高新技术产业中心省份向外围的知识溢出效应对产出增长具有差异化影响. 总体而言,高新技术产业各地区内产出的空间依赖性具有正向促进作用. 高新技术产业中的实物资本和劳动对产出增长的贡献显著. 政府应引导中心省份加大研发投入并将产出和研发活动向外围转移,增强产出的带动效应和研发的溢出效应.

Abstract:By specifying the theoretical model of R&D accumulation and output growth based on the new growth theory and the spatial panel data model based on core-periphery theory in new economic geography. The results show that R&D investment has the feature of high return and R&D spillover effects from center to periphery have different effects on the high-tech output in the periphery provinces. Generally speaking, the interactions between center and periphery in an area have positive effects on the output growth. The material capital and labor input promote the output growth significantly. The government should encourage the R&D input in the center, guide the production and R&D activity from center to the periphery provinces to reinforce the driving effects and the spillover effects.
