| 摘 要： | 在高校师生关系的研究中,人们大多忽视了＂研究生＂这类特殊的群体。不论在心理素质的培养方面,还是在思想品质的教育方面,研究生群体都与本科生有着很大不同。在提倡培养高素质人才的今天,关注研究生与导师之间的互动与交流,对构建和谐的高校师生关系有着重要的现实意义。
