论网络舆论生态系统的现状与善治

网络舆论生态系统是由网络舆论环境、舆论主体和舆论规则体系所组成的人造社会生态系统。现在我国的网络舆论生态系统主体构成单一,稳定性不强,容易受到不良信息的干扰而引发网络舆论事件,影响现实社会的安定团结。善治网络生态系统,除了技术监督、政府引导、主流媒体议程设置和社会道德的约束之外,还必须重视舆论生态系统自身的净化作用。

On the Situation and Governance of Network Public Opinion Ecosystem

Network public opinion ecosystem is an artificial social ecological system which made from network public opinion environment, subject and rules. At present, the subject structure of public opinion ecosystems seems simplex and its stability is not strong in China. What is worse, it is vulnerable by negative information and may give rise to public opinion events which affect social stability and unity. In addition to technical supervision, government guidance, the mainstream media agenda-setting and social morality, governing network ecosystem also has to pay attention to the purification of the network public opinion ecosystem.
