| 摘 要： | 较系统地介绍了目前国内外使用的人格评价方法,列举了其中几种常用的人格测验：明尼苏达多项人格调查表（MMPI）、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）、卡特尔16种人格因素量表（16PF）、罗夏墨迹测验（RIT）和主题统觉测验（TAT）,分析了它们的理论基础、优缺点及国内外的研究情况,为更加清楚地理解和进行人格评价提供了参考.

| Abstract: | Some personality evaluation methods currently used at home and abroad are introduced. Some commonly used personality assessment are listed： Minnesota Muhiphasie Personality Inventory（ MMPI）, Eysenek Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, C attell＇ s 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire （16PF）, Luo Xia Inkblot Test （RIT）, and thematic Apperception Test （TAT）. The theoretical basis, advantages and disadvantages and research situation at home and abroad are analyzed to provide references for understanding and using personality assessment more clearly. |
