体育专业学生运动生理学学习现状分析及对策

摘    要:运动生理学是体育专业的一门专业基础理论课程,但在运动生理学课程学习中,不少学生存在畏难和厌学等情绪,主要原因是由于学生对该课程重要性认识不足,缺乏学习兴趣以及有效的学习策略.因此,运动生理学教师在教学中应注重激发学生的学科兴趣,端正学生的认识,并在教学中注重学生学习策略的训练和培养.

Abstract:Athletic physiology is a basic theoretical course of physical education, but in learning practices situa- tions, many students fear the difficulty and have weariness emotions. The main reason is that students lack of awareness of the importance of course, lack of learning interest and effective learning strategies. Therefore, teach- ers of athletic physiology should pay attention to stimulate students' interests in the subject, regularize understand- ing of the subject, and pay attention to train students' learning strategy.
