| 摘 要： | 微格教学的创始和发展时间不长,特别是在我国高等师范教育中,运用微格教学的方法去研究教育规律、将现代教育思想和科学技术应用于教育教学、改革师范教育传统的教学模式和师资培训方法的工作时间更短,处于探索与实践阶段.为了对微格教学理论继续深入研究和探讨,在实践中得到丰富和完善,使微格教学得以顺利实施并取得良好的效果.该文在教育科研立项研究、探索和实践的基础上,运用现代教育思想和技术,改革传统的教学模式并论述了高等师范院校实施微格教学的策略.

| Abstract: | From its initiation,microteaching doesn't have a long history.Especially in senior normal schools in our country,it' s still in a exploring and practicing stage of study the laws of teaching with microteaching methods,applying modern education thought and scientec technology to teaching mode in normal schools,and reforming teacher's training methods.In order to study the theory of microteaching more deeply and make it more elegant to get a better effects in practicing,the strategy to carry out microteaching in senior normal schools is discussed in this paper on the base of studying,exploring and carrying out the educational project with the modem education thought and technology in reformation of traditional teaching mode. |
