分光光度法测定水中微量氟的研究

摘    要:本文利用F~-对Al~+—儿茶酚紫显色反应的抑制作用,提出了一种分光光度法测定微量氟的方法,可测定0~0.5μg/mL范围内的氟离子。Al~(3+)—儿茶酚紫络合物的摩尔吸光系数为ε_(620)=1.0×10~4,本方法的灵敏度为S=0.038μg/ml(F~-)。用此法测定了自来水中的微量氟离子,得到了满意的结果。

Abstract:A method for determination of trace Fluorine has been established based on the inhibitory effect of Fluoride ion on the reaction of A13+-Catechol Violet systems. The calibration graph is linear for 0-0.5μg (F-)/mL,and the molar absorptivity of A13+-PV complex is 1.0×104 at=620nm, the sensativity is 0.038μg (F-) /mL. The method has been used for determination of trace Fluorine in tap water, and the results are satisfactory.
