驳菲律宾对仁爱礁主权主张的谬论

菲律宾是侵犯我国在南沙群岛主权权益的主要国家，其对于我国主权的侵害由来已久，且有步步紧逼之势。从国际法层面上极有必要对其进行坚决的驳斥与回击，防止其在国际社会浑水摸鱼，损害我国对南沙群岛以及仁爱礁的国际法权益。2014年3月29日菲律宾所编排的仁爱礁补给闹剧，也只是菲律宾侵犯我国南沙群岛主权的一个片段而已。确定菲律宾国际法律人格的日期、辨明菲律宾固有领土范围、辨析菲律宾领土取得主张的国际法效力，是解决好仁爱礁主权问题的关键。根据国际法的理论和实践，菲律宾对我国仁爱礁的主权主张是没有任何国际法依据的谬论。

Refuting Philippinces’s Territorial Claims over Second Thomas Shoal

The Philippines violates of national sovereignty and interests of China’s Nansha Islands. And violation on China’s Nansha Islands by the Philippines for a long time is getting worse. From the view of international law, it must be firmly repelled this behavior to prevent further violation of Chinese rights and international interests by the government. There are very important to determine the date of Philippines international legal personality, to identify its inherent territory, and to analysis its territorial claims effectiveness in international law, for solving territorial sovereignty issue of the Second Thomas Shoa. According to the theory and practice of international law, it is fallacy that Philippines claims sovereignty of Second Thomas Shoal.
