摘    要:国家标准对单条输电线路的电磁环境进行了规定,但缺乏多条输电线路并行时的电磁场算法及其相关规定.采用国际大电网会议推荐使用的输电线路电磁场计算方法,提出了利用矢量叠加原理计算多条线路并行情况下的电磁场强度算法.以三峡大学南苑留学生公寓旁并行输电线路为例,进行了并行输电线路工频电场、磁场横向分布的理论计算.按照国家标准规定的电磁场测量方法,对线路电磁场横向分布进行了现场实测.理论计算与实验测量结果对比表明,采用矢量叠加原理对3条并行线路工频电场横向分布计算误差最大值为0.45kV/m,工频磁场横向分布计算误差最大值为0.000 3mT.

Abstract:Electromagnetic environment of a single power transmission line has been specified by National standards.However,there is lack of calculation method and relevant regulations for the electromagnetic field with multiple parallel power lines.Based on the calculation method proposed by CIGRE,the electromagnetic field from each conductor is calculated;and then the composite field strength from multiple parallel power lines could be solved using vector superposition principle.Taking the multiple parallel power lines located in Nanyuan student apartments of China Three Gorges University for example,the values of electric field and magnetic field are calculated.Furthermore,the electromagnetic field is measured based on National stand-ards.The comparison between calculation results and measurement ones shows that the max error of electric field is 0.45kV/m;and that of magnetic field is 0.0003 mT.
