| Abstract: | Establishing efficient inspiration mechanism for scientific research is an important issue for scientific research management in higher learning （colleges and universities） and for promoting colleges and universities to produce more research achievements to serve the national science development. In this paper we use excellent management model to discuss how to establish inspiration mechanism for scientific research of college and university faculty. |
