大型科学仪器中心仪器高技能人才评价指标研究

摘    要:本文在界定国家大型科学仪器中心仪器高技能人才内涵的基础上,分析了重建仪器高技能人才评价指标体系的必要性。在对仪器高技能人才的工作内容进行分析和专家访谈的基础上设计问卷,运用因子分析和层次分析法尝试重新构建了国家大型科学仪器中心仪器高技能人才评价指标体系。

Abstract:The paper firstly analyzes the necessity of reconstruction highly skilled personnel evaluation index system on the basis of defining the connotation of instrument of highly skilled personnel in National Large-scale Scientific Instruments Center, and then design questionnaire which exact information from instrumental highly skilled personnel’s job content and interviews with experts.Finally,the article attempts to rebuild instrumental highly skilled personnel evaluation system of National Large-scale Scientific Instruments Center by means of factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process.
