摘    要:98Mo是一种重要的聚变堆包层材料。因此,准确测量它的中子俘获截面数据对于堆的设计和辐射防护具有重要意义,为此在四川大学2.5 MeV静电加速器上,以7Li(p,n)7Be和T(p,n)3He反应作为中子源,以197Au作为标准,用相对活化法测量了98Mo(n,γ)99Mo在29~1100keV能区中子俘获截面,并用MCNP 4C程序对实验中由中子的多次散射、注量率衰减效应等引起的偏差进行了修正,最后将所得结果与已有数据进行了比较。

Abstract:Molybdenum is an important cladding material in fusion reactors.The 98Mo cross section must be accurately measured for reactor design and radioprotection.The neutron capture cross section of 98Mo was measured using the activation technique on a 2.5-MeV electrostatic accelerator at Sichuan University for neutron energies in the range of 291 100 keV.Reaction of 7Li(p,n)7Be and T(p,n)3He was used for neutron sources.The cross section of 197Au was used for the standard cross section.The deflections which were caused by multiple scattering and self-shielding of the experiment were corrected with MCNP4C.The results compared well with existing measurements or calculated data.
