| Abstract: | Along with the development of Economy, the method of management has been continuously changed, and furthermore the method of personnel management is much more scientific correspondingly. At the present time, possessing special normalizing function, guiding function and condensing function, the organizational culture is used to lead the thoughts and behaviors of staff and workers more frequently to form a struggling team with stronger cohesive force and higher morale. |
