小学教师在留守儿童教育中的几点做法探索

摘    要:自1978年改革开放以来,农村大量剩余劳动力向城镇转移,其子女任留在农村,构成一个特殊群体"留守儿童",随着我国经济的进一步发展,留守儿童的数量在逐年递增.这些儿童正值生长发展、接受义务教育、价值观、人生观、世界观形成的关键时期,常年缺乏父母和家庭的关爱和教育,对其成长带来了极大的不利影响.小学教师在留守儿童的教育及其成长中扮演着重要的作用,本文首先分析了我国留守儿童的现状,结合自己在农村教学多年的经验,对小学教师如何教育留守儿童的问题上进行总结探究.

Abstract:Since the 1978 reform and opening-up,a rural surplus labor transfer to cities and towns,and left their children in rural areas,which constitute a special group "left-behind children".With the economic development,the number of left-behind children has been increasing.It is vital period for children,but their lack of their parent’s care and education in many years,the teachers who teach them plays an important role in their grows up.This article first analyzes the situation of our country,The elementary school teachers how to education on the issue of left-behind children summarized the inquiry on the base on my experience.
