摘    要:针对《半导体器件物理》课程物理概念多且难以理解、实验设备昂贵等问题,利用Matlab GUI开发了教学仿真系统软件。该系统包含了半导体物理和半导体器件中基本概念的典型物理模型,具有交互性强、界面友好、操作简单、图像动态性强等特点。该系统用于《半导体器件物理》的辅助教学,有助于加深学生对该课程内容的理解和掌握,激发学生的学习兴趣和提高课堂教学效果。

Abstract:According to the problems of difficult physical concepts and expensive experiment equipment in semiconductor device physics,the teaching simulation system software was developed based on Matlab GUI. The system includes the typical physical model of the basic concepts,and has the strong features such as strong interaction,friendly interface,simple operation and dynamic image. The system is used for semiconductor device physics auxiliary teaching,which can help students to understand and master the course content,to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve the effect of classroom teaching.
