| 摘 要： | 对三峡大学的部分学生的营养状况、营养知识和饮食行为进行问卷调查,结果表明:大学生营养不良程度较轻,其饮食的月消费水平大都在200~400元之间,但营养知识的掌握情况一般,同时存在一些不良的饮食行为,因此,学校应强化营养知识教育,在加强后勤管理与改革的同时,把提高学生食堂供餐的营养质量作为一项重要的工作来抓。
