高水平运动员人才培养与教学管理探析——以三峡大学高水平足球队为例

三峡大学足球队组建于2005年秋,承载着对内活跃校园文化生活、对外宣传三峡大学形象,同时为国家培养全面发展的高水平体育人才,完成世界大学生运动会及国际、国内重大体育比赛的参赛任务,为国家奥运争光计划和竞技体育可持续发展作贡献的使命。组队三年来,多次参加国际、国内比赛,成绩斐然,先后有三人次参加国家五人制足球队集训、比赛。对高校高水平运动队而言,专业学习与训练竞赛是不可分割的整体。如何在提高运动员专业竞技水平的同时提高专业文化知识水平,处理好运动竞赛与文化学习的关系,本文拟根据三峡大学足球队成立以来教学管理运行情况来探索高水平运动员人才培养与教学管理管理的一些做法,供借鉴参考。
