基于应用型的工业工程实验教学方法研究

摘    要:针对工业工程专业特点,确立了围绕工业工程专业主干课程,以一个典型的机电产品为研究对象,应用工业工程及制造工程的方法,开展产品制造组织与管理、产品制造工艺分析与优化、制造系统建模仿真与优化、管理系统的规划与开发、制造系统及产品制造过程实施、制造系统分析评价等方面的系统训练。锻炼了学生综合应用专业知识的能力,提升了就业竞争力,更好地满足了社会对工业工程应用型人才的需求。

Abstract:This paper presents a method of experiment teaching method based on the backbone of industrial engineering courses. Tak- ing a typical mechanical and electrical products as the research object combining the characteristics of industrial engineering, the meth- od of application of industrial engineering and manufacturing engineering and technology are built, to carry out product manufacturing organization and management, product manufacturing process analysis and optimization, planning and development of the manufactur- ing system modeling and simulation and optimization, management systems, manufacturing systems and manufacturing process imple- mentation. It is manufacturing systems analysis and evaluation system training. The implementation of the teaching method can train students' comprehensive application ability of professional knowledge and enhance the employability and competitiveness. This methed is better for meeting the needs of the society for industrial engineering applied talents demand.
