姜黄素对实验动物肿瘤的抑制作用

姜黄素具有降血脂、抗血小板及清除氧自由基 ,提高网状系统吞噬力 ,调节机体免疫力等作用 .其中抗肿瘤作用是姜黄素的主要活性之一 .将B1 6细胞于体外Cur处理 48h ,接种于小鼠皮下 .观察其成瘤性的变化 .取 1× 1 0 5 个同上预处理的B1 6活细胞 ,给小鼠尾静脉注射 ,与对照组比较肺转移瘤数 ,并计算肺转移抑制率 .从实验结果看 :低浓度Cur预处理B1 6细胞 ,不仅可使其成瘤能力明显下降 ,且侵袭转移能力也有一定程度的下降 .
