摘    要:
通过对现行高校教育教学质量管理中所存在问题的分析,引出ISO 9000族质量管理标准的可借鉴之处.说明在高校教育教学质量管理中,借用ISO 9000质量管理的基本原则和思路方法是可行的、有益的,有利于教育教学质量的提高,有利于我国高等教育走向国际化、大众化.

Abstract:
It analyzes the problems of Teaching Quality Administration (TQA) in China's institutions of higher learning (IHL) and proposes the benefits of ISO 9000 Standard to China's IHL. It concludes that the introduction of ISO9000 principles and methods is feasible, beneficial and conductive to improving China's teaching quality and orientating China's higher education to internationalization and popularization.
