轮式工程机械电子防滑差速系统的控制技术

摘    要:轮式工程机械是工程机械的重要组成部分,其工作环境恶劣,特别是在附着系数相差较大的路面作业时容易发生驱动轮滑转的现象。驱动轮滑转对车辆的转向操纵性、方向稳定性、加速性能和爬坡能力都有不良影响,而且加速了轮胎的磨损。针对传统差速系统存在防滑功能不强的缺陷,本文设计了电子防滑差速系统的功能电路,并且分析多种控制方案,最终选择了以最佳滑转率λd为控制目标的逻辑门限值控制方案,对发动机节气门与驱动轮制动力矩进行综合控制,以达到较好的驱动效果。

Abstract:Wheel Construction Machinery is an important part of Construction Machinery and its work environment is always very foul, especially the road which has different attachment coefficients often cause the driving wheels tO skid. The wheelspin has some bad influence on manipulation of turning, stability of direction, accelerating ability and climbing capacity, in addition, it accelerates tires' attrition. Considering thai the anti-skid of the traditional differential system was weak, the paper has designed some functional circuits of Electro-Differential System and chooses the logistic threshold control plan that has a control objective of the best slip rate and control the throttle valve and brake torque.
