| Abstract: | Discriminating methods of expensive soil at home or aboard aren't consistent. This paper analyzes different explanations according to the standards mandated by the state, MDC(Ministry of Communication) and region, illustrates questions on the standards mandated by the MDC, and advises us to fix our focus on the discrimination of expensive soil in Highway engineering. |
