麦西来甫健身操对女大学生心理健康影响的研究

摘    要:文章探讨麦西来甫健身操对新疆女大学生身体自尊和自信心的影响作用及其健身效果。对新疆轻工职业技术学院的38名汉族和40名维族女大学生进行12W麦西来甫健身操锻炼干预,实验前、后身体自尊量表和自信心自陈量表得分的数据进行对比。78名女大学生在身体自尊(总)、身体自我价值感、身体状况、身体吸引力指标上有显著差异(P〈0.05),其自信心很强和自信心正常的百分比比较分析,由实验前的48.72%上升为实验后的74.35%,具有显著性差异。结论表明中等强度的有氧麦西来甫健身操练习,符合大学生心理的发展规律,可促进新疆女大学生健康水平。

Abstract:This thesis employ the Maxrap aerobics for exercise interventions by using document meth- od, questionnaire, experts interview, measure method and contrast analyzing methods.The paper analyzes different conditions of students' physical quality and psychological healthy problems of 38 Han female col- lege students and 40 Uigur female college students of Xinjiang light industrial institute of professional technology. Through the experiment to comparison and analysis the data which is from before and after the experiment physical data and application Physical self--respect questionnaire and self--confidence ques- tionnaire. Multivariate quantitative evaluation of the female college students who involved in Maxrap aero- bics,Exploration the influence of Maxrap aerobics exercise on female college students' body self esteem and self--confidence. The results show that:Moderate--intensity Maxrap aerobics exercise had a positive im- pact in physical self--esteem and confidence on the two test groups. It is according with female college students physical and psychological development regularity. Suggestions on further strengthening Maxrap aerobics exercise to popularize in the region of Xinjiang.
