Abstract:The fermentation kinetics characteristic of vitamin B12 from cane molasses with Pro-pionibacterium shermanii were studied under the optimized conditions.Through analyzing the experimental data with Origin7.5 software,corresponding models for regressing with the Logistic equation for the growth of bacteria,the Luedeking-Piret equation for the production of vitamin B12 and the Luedeking-Piret-like equation for the consumption of glucose were established respectively.The linear coefficients between the models ...
