摘    要:以ZA150-315石油化工离心泵为研究对象,在离心叶轮基本外尺寸和设计转速相同的情况下,以3种不同厚度变化规律的叶片构造C1、C2、C3叶轮,运用FLUENT数值模拟软件,在5种不同工况下分别进行数值模拟计算,得到叶轮流道内部压力和速度分布.数值计算结果表明:在任意工况下叶轮C2的效率比C1、C3的效率都高,且在设计...

Abstract:Taking ZA150-315 petrochemical centrifugal pump as investigation object,three kinds of its impellers C1,C2 and C3 with three different blade thickness variation pattern were constructed when the basic exterior parameters and rotational speed of centrifugal impeller were fixed.
