微型机在光学干涉自动化检测中应用的研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种用计算机进行干涉图象数字分析和处理的新方法。该方法以分析干涉图象的二维傅氏谱为基论,引入电子学的调制解调技术,采用数字图象处理技术进行图象预处理、清噪声处理和信号滤波处理;进而求出干涉图象中所反映的被检测光学零件的质量信息。我们组装了一个以IBM-PC微机为主处理器的数字干涉图象分析系统;编制了一套完整的干涉图象分析程序。实验结果表明该方法提高了检测的精度和可靠性。它为高精度检测光学零件质量提供了一种有力的自动测试手段。

Abstract:A new method of digital interferogram analyzing and processing by use of microcomputer is proposed. The optical charac-teristics of being detected optics can be extracted from its interferog-ram with the method, which based on 2-D Fourier spectral analysis ofthe interferogram, introduced signal modulation and demodulation,and used digital image processing techniques such as image preproces-sing, noise reducting and signal filtering. A digital interferogramanalysis system equipped with an IBM-PC microcomputer has beenassembled. A set of computer programs for interferogram analyzing hasbeen performed. The experiment results show that accuracy and reliab-lity of measurement have been improved. It provides an atuomatically.powerfully measuring means for highly accurate testing the opticalquality of optics.
