摘    要:从细柱五加(Acanthopanax gracilistylus W.W.Smith)叶的热MeOH提取液中分离得到了4个lupane型三萜化合物,根据它们的理化性质和波谱数据,鉴定出其化学结构分别为acankoreagenin(1),3-epi-betulinic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(2),acantrifoside A(3)和acankoreoside C(4).其中化合物1是首次从天然植物中分离得到的新化合物,化合物2是首次从五加科植物中分离得到的化合物,且这4个化合物都是第一次从细柱五加中分离得到.

Abstract:Four lupane-triterpenoids were isolated from the hot MeOH extract of the leaves of Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith. Based on the physical properties and spectroscopic data,their chemical structures were determined as acankoreagenin(1),3-epi-betulinic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(2),acantrifoside A(3) and acankoreoside C(4).To our best knowledge,compound 1 was a new compound isolated from the natural source for the first time,compound 2 was isolated from Acanthopanax spp. For the first time,and compounds 1~4 were also obtained for the first time from this plant.
