| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problems existing in county road construction that county roads are inferior, poor in pavement, simple in usage of pavement structure and lack of maintaining and effective quality and technical management by survey on present situation of pavement usage of county roads. Measures to solve the problem are provided. |
