加强和改善高校图书馆读者服务工作

摘    要:加快高校图书馆服务体系建设,改变读者服务理念,这是高校图书馆现代化建设的必经之路。因此,直接反映图书馆学术水平的读者服务工作已成为决定图书馆未来发展的重要环节。提高高校图书馆读者服务建设必须加强人本服务、网络信息服务、读者信息素养培训服务和环境文明卫生服务。

Abstract:it is the key for the building of the modern libraries of higher learning institutions to quicken the building of service system and change the service concept.Therefore the service for readers which directly reflects the academic level of library becomes the important link of deciding the future development of library.To improve the service for readers,we must strengthen people-first service,network information service,readers' information-obtaining quality training service and environmental civilization and hygiene service.
