| 摘 要： | F是一个数域无限域．证明了矩阵的合同类与矩阵的相似类具有“一点”与“一片”的性质,并且所有的“一片”具有相同的“面积”即,每个类的基数等于1或｜F｜．同时,初步讨论了合同类与相似类之间的关系．

| Abstract: | The F is a number field or a infinite field. This paper proves that the matrix congruent classes and the matrix similar classes have the properties of "a point"and "a slice'and the all "a slice"has same"area",that is,the cardinal number of every class is egual to 1 or |F|. At the same time,the author preliminary discusses the ralations between the congruent classes and the similar classes. |
