高校健美操教学改革的复杂系统模型研究

摘    要:分析了健美操教学的复杂系统特性.基于技术接受模型,采用因子分析方法提出了由教学因子、行政因子、硬件条件因子、认知认同因子、特色吸引因子和宣传因子等6大综合因子组成的健美操教学改革的复杂系统模型.调查、分析了教师和学生对健美操复杂系统模型的接受度和认可度,提出了高校健美操教学改革的建议和措施.

Abstract:The paper takes calisthenics teaching as a complex system firstly. Based on the technology acceptance theory, the paper puts forward a complex systems model of calisthenics teaching reform named CSMCTR. CSMCTR consists of six synthesis factors such as teaching, management, hardware, cognition, features and publicity. The paper surveys teachers and students' acceptance and cognition of CSMCTR and puts forward some advice and measures for calisthenics teaching reform.
