pH值对TiO2相结构的影响

摘    要:TiO2作为光催化性能最好的半导体材料之一已经引起了广泛的重视。其光催化性能与相结构密切相关,本文深入分析了水解反应过程中pH值对TiO2晶型形成的影响。研究结果表明,在弱酸性条件下可以得到锐钛相;在强酸性条件下出现了热力学的稳定相金红石相。

Abstract:In recent years, extensive attention has been focused on the Titanium dioxide (TiO_2) as a one of best semiconductor photocatalysts. The photocatalytic activity of TiO_2 is related to the phase struture. This paper extensively studied the influences of pH value of sol on the phase structure in preparation process. The research results indicate the anatase phase is gotten at high pH value, and the thermodynamic stable phase rutile structure appears at low pH value.
