| Abstract: | Through analyzing a series of problems in spreading and using the clean energy in Taiyuan, and using the successful experiences which the clean energy and its technology are used in some cities at home and abroad, the paper has put forward a series of countermeasures of it, and improved the usage of clean energy and the environment of air further. |
