| Abstract: | The competitive intelligence analysis constructs the framework for enterprise's external intelligence work, and the customer knowledge management constructs the framework for enterprise's internal intelligence work, both of which construct the complete framework for enterprise's intelligence work. This paper probes into the framework of enterprise's intelligence work, which provides beneficial reference for the enterprise to perfect its intelligence work system. |
