| 摘 要： | 本文以郴州市嘉禾县为研究对象，在充分调查嘉禾县城乡建设用地现状的基础上，分析其城乡建设用地结构特点，按照统筹安排城乡用地的原则，初步提出了嘉禾县城乡建设用地与城市、建制镇和农村居民点用地布局调整的方案，以及优化城乡建设用地结构和布局的措施与建议。

| Abstract: | Regarding the land use of Jiahe county in Chenzhou city as the research objective, the author analyzed the structure of urban construction land use on the basis of the inquisition of its state, designed the some adjustable scenarios, which contained how to deal with the conflicts between the urban construction land use and the urban development, the town planning and the county resident location. In the final of the paper put forward some measures and suggestion to optimize the structure and the location of the urban construction land use. |
