电化学法制备CuInSe2薄膜工艺的研究

摘    要:实验主要从基体材料的选择、络合剂的引用以及热处理试样等制备条件进行了初步的研究。通过分析与比较各种特定条件下制备出的试样的X射线衍射实验结果得知、导电玻璃作基体材料的镀层质量要比铜片和铁片的好;络合剂的加入有利于薄膜晶粒更加均匀和致密,可以改善镀层的质量;退火有利于薄膜晶粒的增大,使其结晶程度更好。

Abstract:Three fundus materials on which the CuInSe2 thin film was electrodeposited were examined.The influence of the complex agent,that was added to the plating electrolyte,and annealing on the thin film was investigated.According to XRD analysis of the samples prepared under various conditions, the best fundus material is conductive glass;the citric acid as the complexing agent improves the plating quality and betters the uniformity and compactness of the thin film;and annealing enlarges the crystal grains of the thin film and improves the crystal degree.
