摘    要:研制了一个由双F-P腔及有关电子系统组成的远距离传感系统,系统中多模光纤将白光传送至远处的传感双F-P腔,并将传感F-P腔的透射光送回至参考F-P腔,该透射光由一可调参考F-P腔进行分析以确定两腔间距是否相等,一个相对简单的闭环控制电子系统用来使参考腔间距跟踪传感腔间距变化,因此,传感腔间距的测量能通过测量参考腔间距得到,而参考腔间距则通过测量高压放大器输出电压而获得.

Abstract:A fiber optic remote sensing system with dual F-P cavities is proposed. Multimode fiber is used to link a white light source with a remotely located sensing F-P cavity and to sent back the light transmitted through the cavity. The transmitted light is analyzed by a tunable reference cavity to see if the spacings between the cavities are equal. A relatively simple closed-loop electronic control system is used to adjust the referecne cavity spacing so as to track the variation of the sensing cavity spacing. Hence the sensing cavity spacing can be found by measuring the reference cavity spacing.
