我国企业在知识产权贸易中面临的问题及对策

目前,我国企业在知识产权贸易中缺乏自主知识产权和核心技术,缺乏具有自主知识产权的国际品牌,而且知识产权保护意识也不足,很多知名商标在海外纷纷被抢注。另外,发达国家为了本国企业的利益,阻止他国产品进入其市场,凭借其技术优势,将知识产权和技术标准相结合,致使我国企业频遭技术性贸易壁垒。而遭遇知识产权纠纷调查时,我们又应诉不积极,导致多个行业出口的大门被关闭。为了提高我国的国际竞争力,我们必须拥有强大的科技创新能力,拥有自主知识产权。为此,政府、行业协会及企业都应采取积极的对策,大力实施国家知识产权战略,努力提高知识产权的创造、管理、实施和保护能力,为经济社会的可持续发展提供重要的保障。

On Our Enterprises' Intellectual Property Rights Trade: Problems, Causes and Countermeasures

Now in the international Intellectual Property Rights trade,our enterprises not only lack their own IPRs and core technology,but also lack world famous self-brands.Many famous brands have been registered abroad by foreign companies before we do as our enterprises do not realize the importance of brand protection.In addition,in order to protect their domestic enterprises,developed countries,with their advantages in the field of technology,integrate IPRs into technological standards to restrict the entry of foreign products,thus,many Chinese enterprises encounter technological trade barriers.When meeting with IPRs lawsuit,some enterprises respond negatively with the result that the exportation in many lines have been stopped.Under the circumstances,we must possess our own strong creativity in science and technology,and IPRs to improve our competition in the international market.Therefore,the government,trade associations and enterprises should jointly adopt countermeasures to implement intellectual property rights strategies and to improve the creation,management,implementation and protection of IPRs for the sustained and sound development of our economy.
