客家谚语是客家人在长期的社会生产和生活的实践过程中形成的,是客家人对社会现象、自然现象、人生哲理的经验性总结和宝贵的精神财富,是客家文化的有力表现。本文试从社会语言学的角度,根据客家谚语意义构建来探讨客家人文特征。

A Sociolinguistic Analysis of the Sense-making of Hakka Proverbs

Hakka proverbs were produced by a long period social activities and practice. They are valuable experience and mental wealth for reflecting the matters of society, the phenomenon of nature, the philosophy of life, and they are the live representation of Hakka culture. On the perspectives of social linguistics, this paper discusses Hakka cultural characteristic from analyzing the sense-making of Hakka proverbs.
