吻合血管游离腓骨双折叠组合式移植并结构性修复股骨下段大段骨缺损的应用

摘    要:目的探讨吻合血管游离腓骨移植(VFC)加自体骨、人工骨,结构性修复股骨下段大段骨缺损的临床应用。方法自2000年2月。2008年2月对16例股骨下段骨缺损6-12cm的病例采用吻合血管的游离腓骨双折叠组合式移植加自体骨、人工骨,结构性修复股骨下段大段骨缺损。结果16例股骨下段骨缺损患者经8~6年的随访(平均18月),组合式移植的腓骨达骨性愈合,X线摄片显示移植腓骨增粗变大,自体骨、人工骨与腓骨融合为一体,患肢能恢复正常生理功能。结论带血管的游离腓骨双折叠组合式移植加自体骨、人工骨是治疗股骨大段骨缺损的较为理想的方法之一。

Structural repairing of femur with large bone defects through free vascularized fibular graft

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application of the structural repairing of femur with large bone defects through free vascularized fibular graft . Methods Sixteen cases suffered from large bone defects of femur had been treated by structural repairing of femur through vascularized free fibula combined two - fold and autologous transplantation of bone between February 2000 and February 2008. The bone defect were averaged from 6 cm to 12 cm. Results All the Cases had been followed - up from 8 months to 6 years (averaged 18 months). All eases had achieved a osteal healing of the fibula and autologous transplantation of bone. The transplanted fibula had thicken and largen radiographically, The physiological function of femur had recovered excellently. Conclusion It is an ideal methodes the structural repairing of femur with large bone defects through vascularized free fibula combined two- fold and autologous transplantation of bone.
