舰载机拦阻系统纠偏能力的仿真研究

摘    要:舰载机着舰过程中,拦阻系统的纠偏能力关系到舰载机的飞行安全。为了研究液压式拦阻系统纠偏能力的产生机理、以及在偏心或偏航着舰过程中影响舰载机动力学特性的主要因素,本文在多体动力学框架下,建立了包含滑轮缓冲装置和钢索末端缓冲装置的拦阻系统动力学模型。仿真结果表明:舰载机在偏心偏航拦停过程中,拦阻系统具有自主纠偏能力,并且纠偏能力的动力学特性与航母甲板的材料属性、拦阻索的应力波动相关;缓冲装置能有效地降低拦阻索的应力峰值、减弱拦阻索的振动。本文所建立的拦阻系统多体动力学模型为其结构设计和参数优化提供了有效的计算方法,并可为评估拦阻系统的纠偏能力提供理论支撑。

Abstract:When carrier aircraft is landing on carrier, the deviation rectifying ability of arresting system can affect the flight safety. In order to study the mechanism of hydraumatic arresting system deviation rectifying ability and the main factors of affecting the dynamics character of aircraft during the process of off-center or yawing landing, a dynamics model of arresting system was built under the framework of multi-body dynamics, which contains damper sheave installation and cable anchor damper. The simulation results show that the arresting system has the self-correction deviation capability, and the dynamics character is connected with the material properties of deck and stress wave of deck pendant, and the buffer device can decrease the stress peak and vibration of arresting cable effectively. In this paper, the model built can provide an effective calculation method to assist the structure design and parameter optimization of the whole arresting system, which also can provide theoretical support for the arresting system deviation rectifying ability.
