| Abstract: | In the functional genomics era, the researches of life sciences would be much more closely related to laboratory animal technologies. As the development and optimization progressed, laboratory animal genetic technologies provide a powerful tool for life science investigations. The authors reviewed the applications of these technologies in the fields of decoding gene function, gene expression regulation, pathology and validating drug targets , etc. |
