恒幅加载下电阻点焊的疲劳试验及其有限元分析

摘    要:疲劳试验采用MTS810电液伺服材料试验机,保持平均载荷不变,测定不同载荷幅下点焊试样的疲劳寿命.试验结果表明,恒幅加载下,随着载荷幅的增大,疲劳寿命循环数不断减小.且在双对数坐标形式下,疲劳寿命与载荷幅呈现近似线性关系.按照电阻点焊试样的结构尺寸和缺口形状使用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,分析得到焊核周围区域的应力应...

Abstract:In the fatigue life test,using MTS810 hydraulic servo testing machine we maintain the same average load and measure the fatigue life of spot welding specimen under different load amplitudes.Tests show that under constant amplitude loading,as the loading rate increases,the fatigue life cycles continue to decrease.And in the double logarithmic coordinates,the fatigue life and load rate show an approximate linear relationship.According to the structure of the specimen size and shape of the gap we work up a finite element model and get stress and strain distribution near the welded nuclear and crack easy initiation location.
