| Abstract: | This paper first discusses a general DEA projection model and its characteristics, which supplies several kinds of improved schemes for ineffective DEA decision making units. Then a controlable projection model is proposed on this basis, so that schemes suitable for the conditions of the DMU are obtained and can supply more valuable information for decision makers. |
