摘    要:采用柠檬酸溶胶自燃烧法制备粒径为12~48 nm的复合催化剂Fe/ZnO-TiO2及纯TiO2粉体.用XRD、TEM对其进行表征,研究Fe3 、Zn2 的加入、柠檬酸的加入量、燃烧合成温度对粉体组成、结构的影响.以甲基橙为模型污染物,测试其光催化活性.结果表明,锐钛矿型向金红石型转变的临界温度为500~600 ℃.当Ti(OBu)4与柠檬酸的摩尔比为9∶12,合成温度为550 ℃时,复合催化剂的主晶相为金红石型TiO2,并有少量锐钛矿相和ZnTiO3,其光催化降解甲基橙效率最高,可达95%以上.

Abstract:Composite photocatalysts Fe/ZnO-TiO2 with 12~48 nm in grain size and pure titanium dioxide powder were prepared with self-combustion process of citric acid sol.The structure and morphology of the materials were characterized by using XRD and TEM.The influence of the addition of Fe3+ and Zn2+,citric acid volume and reaction temperature on the composition and structure of powders was analyzed.Their photocatalytic activity was tested by taking the methyl orange as a pollutant on the model.The result showed tha...
