图书馆知识服务浅析

摘    要:社会分工赋予图书馆的职责是"信息门户"。图书馆不具备知识创新的优势,进行知识再开发属于社会资源的低效配置;所谓"融入客户工作过程当中"是对社会资源的不合理使用,且易导致图书馆商业化倾向的出现。因此图书馆应坚持提供客观的知识信息,以使用者无障碍便捷地获取信息为图书馆的努力方向。

Abstract:The responsibility that the social division has entrusted to the library is "information portal".The library doesn't have the advantage of knowledge innovation,and the re-development of knowledge belongs to the inefficient configuration of social resources.The so-called"blending in the working process of customers"which is not reasonable use of social resources,easily causes library's commercialization tendency.Therefore,the library should provide objective knowledge information and make users get information conveniently and without hindrance.
